Zebra Crossing or roadblock

This wasn’t the familiar dance of zebras darting across the road, a fleeting black and white blur against the dusty landscape. This was a roadblock, an impromptu and entirely unhurried affair orchestrated by a number of zebras. They stood, contemplating the vast expanse before them, seemingly engaged in a philosophical debate about which side of the road offered the more delectable greenery, bringing all traffic to a standstill in their striped wake.
